1. French, short for chef de cuisine, head of the kitchen: Chef Awna Zegzdryn is a master in the kitchen!

A whiz in the kitchen, Awna finds herself most at home surrounded by pots & pans, whisks & wooden spoons, and countless cookbooks.  She delights in creating custom menus, researching new recipes, and watching people’s expressions change when eating the meals she’s concocted.  With a decade plus of culinary experience, Awna brings professional and personalized service to the table with a sassy smile and a penchant for fun. 

When she’s not planning or throwing parties, Awna spends the majority of her time with her two beautiful black labs. Other than that, her off time is spent road biking in Southern Oregon, swimming in the Salmon River, and/or learning how to play Scrabble, tele-ski, kayak, or build a compost.
